Hi guys! Welcome to my 7 Day Juice Cleanse Challenge

If you are here is because like me you might not be feeling your greatest. You might be feeling sluggish, low on energy, can’t seem to think straight, bloated or maybe even having uncomfortable digestive issues and have realized that its all because of an unhealthy diet we have adapted to. I know every time I get out of balance and start eating out more and eating more processed foods and less of the healthier foods I’m use to, I start feeling this way and it does not feel so good. I know it’s time to get back on track and start making healthier food choices.

But before I do I want to cleanse and reset my body physically and mentally and go on a juice cleanse. If you feel the same way as I do or would just want to lose a little weight, and want to do this 7 day juice cleanse with me I have listed all the juices I will be drinking during the whole week, benefits of a juice cleanse and things to know before doing a juice cleanse. I hope this helps you not only physically but mentally as well to become stronger after it and continue making healthier decisions and adapt to a new and healthier way of living and eating!
